Is it possible to use a non-supported MIDI controller?

Guys, I have a question regarding the LED lights on the MIDI map. I have a VOXOA MIDI mixer. I have my laptop with Cross to the voxoa dealer to help me map it, but he couldnt map it properly with LED s lighting up. He said he got vry little feedback from the Cross team.

Could any of you guys please help me? or atleast help the VOXOA rep?

he was in direct contact with you guys in Europe. The actually manufacture a lot of good MIDI controlers (you can google their brand) and it would be cool if you guys could support those. Would open up a whole new market for you.
