mixvibes Cross DJ 3.1.0 and american audio vms2 ..help requi

Looking for a bit of advice on this one guys.
I purchased mixvibes Cross DJ 3.1.0 software after it said it was mapped and compatable with american audio vms2 on there website.
I installed Cross DJ and followed the path for the vms2. now there is a few things that do not work with the soft ware on the vms2 unit. the pause button does not work and when it's playing and i press cue it goes back to the start of the tune. the browse function does not work at all. neither does the the jog wheel. any help or advice from you guys would be fantastic

Contact American Audio support and ask them to send you version 2.6 firmware. I've looked and I can't find any links anywhere.

By the look of it, you need this version in order for you to use your VMS2 with Cross/Cross DJ.

After spending a bit of time doing the mapping on the vms2 and Cross d.j the only thing that is not right is when I press the pause button on the vms2 controller instead of pausing the song it goes back to the start. anyone know how to fix this. cheers guys

It is likely mapped to Cue/play instead of play/pause

I have now been sent firmware for vms2 but I am unsure how to proceed.. any help would be appreciated folks.

How to apply firmware likely is described at the American Audio website. Could be very specific, so not something that should be 'generally adviced' on how to do.

If you pass(ed) that point, please provide the details as to where the issue is now.
