DDJ-SB no sound in headphones

Hi guys sorry for posting this here, I just can't post it in the support forums (don't know why).

I bought the Cross DJ software, great software, but I got several problems.

I'll start with the most urgent: I can't get no sound in the headphones. It might be a problem in the controller itself or in the definitions, but I thought I'd ask here maybe someone could help me.

Sure.

First of all I need to say: after a little modification in the MIDI options of mac OSX (thanks to a guide I found) I got the headphones volume to work in Serato, but only the Cue volume can be heard, no master mix (knob is not functional).

In traktor and Cross DJ, still - nothing.

Ok got it to work perfectly in serato somehow, so now it is surely not a hardware problem. Any ideas?

You need to click dual stereo instead of simple stereo in your settings.
