Tech support chat?

Instead of asking the same silly questions on here, i need to perhaps spend some time with tech support to answr some basic qs. is there any way for me to chat to tech support on here? I dont want to flood the forum with stupid questions at all, but i really need to solve my problems.

my questions are all related to Cross 3 with hid.

Hi I recently purchase Cross DJ with Full video Software,
I use a Mac-pro with the full system requirement, and external with
HID Integration coneection & Pioneer CDJ-DJM 350 System.
I'm havin a problem trying to record video mixes on my Mac with my system conected to My Mac when I press Record it only record video and not audio, I already enable in Cross video Audio & Video enable and still just get the video with outh the sound of music.
But when I disconect my system from my Mac-Pro and use just Cross in my Mac it records with sound end everithing souds good.
can anyone please tell me how can use my system and my mac end record the all video normal with the original music thank you.

If you are using CDJ-350 in External Mixer mode, you can't record your audio mix except if you have an available audio input to Cross.
Here, the mix is made inside your DJM350 analog mixer, so Cross can't "hear" it

Hi I'm trying to install the last update for Cross 3.1.0 please can some some one tell me how to install this update in my McBook Pro I'M just lost I download the software but I can not install it after that please can some body tell me what to do thank you.

Should be straight forward; no install problem reported since it was released.
Make sure you have the MAC version.
If this does not work, please explain where the problem starts.
