Videos on sample bank do not appear in preview

:cool: in perferences is there a video tab and is it active

also the controller makes no difference ,, can you load the vids with the controller if yes then its set up right ,, ,dont use the plug in myself ,,so not familiar with it application ,, did you use this set up in earlier versions ,, ,,need more info ,,

the blog has info as to software and set up ,,, apperently it usees ver 3.0 of Cross .., said i was not familiar with the plug in version and Cross DJ ,,
asked pleanty of 's and got no stright fowared answers ,,

The video sampler is available in Cross (full) only.

You have Cross DJ. The video plugin removes watermark in Cross DJ video.

At the right (deck C) in the square area the video should be visible once started.

What Cross version are your running on what OS?

OK here are my 2 cents

Up to and including versions Cross DJ 2.6 and Cross 2.6 the software needed the video plugin to use video. The last version of the video plug in was 1.1.3 which works with versions 2.6 of Cross and Cross DJ.

On versions 3.0 and above of Cross and Cross DJ the video plug-in is no longer needed because video is now included with the Cross and Cross DJ software except for one difference.
Cross DJ 3.0 and above allows video on deck A and B no video sampler.
Full Cross 3.0 and above allows video on decks A and B and also video sampling using Sampler 1 and 2 on deck channels C and D.
