i really dont think its a big request to ask for a serial plenty of big software firms do this besides its bundled software, and at the pont of trying to register the first time around the website was not working properly and would not accept the activation link at that point i still had my serial and could not enter it, its also VERY LAME that i need a software serial to access forum help anyway when i have one of your MIDI mixers that alone should be enough..

If you want a support, it's the rule.
You note your serial number in your profile.

If you don't have a serial number, you provided us with a purchase invoice of the product, and at that time, we will give you another.

It's as simple as that.

the access denied to other topic pages was due to not regerstering your software ,, you still had access to your user control panel and ability to place your licence key in it ,,
as for not giving help for not regerstering your software on the fourm thats the rules ,,,have you tried to help yourself by reading every reply in this posting

i bought it from the ebay link bellow, seller junorecords and payed via paypal, what is needed from me to get the serial?, paypal reciept/ message from juno/something from ebay?

all ive done is ask which is required as a response to the above as it was an ebay purchase!

MAYBE IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO WRITE THIS INFORMATION ON THE CD WALLET THE DISK COMES IN? then maybe this could have all been avoided
