windows 8.1 tweak

this tweak is used by gamers but u know what i say if gamers use it then it is good for mixvibes check out the vid how to do the tweak
it will make all programs much faster

again this is taking about bf3 and bf4 but inmost cases i find tweaks like this to work with mixvibes Cross

now that i know windows turns off some cores on your cpu

this tweak is a keeper it will keep all cores on all the time
