I cannot access the support forum because I haven’t registered my software. Disk holder got wet and smudged it
All efforts to reach the support team have been without success

 who was your retailer ,,better options with getting new licence key from them,, at the bottom of the posting page there is a upload attachments tab ,, not shure that this will help ,

Thanks again D but i bought it second hand off Gumtree and cant get hold of the seller. Not his problem really because i didnt buy it with a smudged key
