Problems using Cross remote with Cross and timecode

I'm having problems using my mixvibes remote for iPad with my Cross and timecode. The device says its connected but there is nothing happening. Can anyone help me please

have to ask you to regerster your software licence key on the fourm,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,,this will allow you to update your software ,plus give info as to what software you are running ,, also store it for future retrieval in case of loss or misplacement
