same problem, original mixvibes software ,with key, and original controller..... doesn't work any more on win xp....

on mac , it works good....

??? what am i doing wrong ???

hai, my bad... not the same solution... i am using win xp, i have a shipped version of Cross DJ le 1.7.0 , original key , and U-Mix Control 2.... M-audio quattro 4 audio,

it has always doing his job good, but since a couple of months , the contoller dont work any more in the software,... it starts up normal, when the controller is turned of , the software doesnt work, when i turn it on the software will work, but..... the contoller wont work... only power led is on.....

the "keyboard section" in the option window stops the software to work and it will stop direct....

just a thought have you gone to the download section and see if there was /is a update for the software version you are using also when the controller is not working ,,in the preferences tab/MIDI ,,do you see a green on line,or a red offline icon

on mac it works good ,, did you do a install on mac with the original cd install disk,,to try it out

Yes , on mac install with same cd , same controller same key , and same usb port, works direct and good .... win xp installed latest version of Cross , same results , ... controller doesnt work , .....

(its running on a Hybride Machine , mac and win )

The windows driver info tels me "usb audio device" location U-Mix Control 2.... i think there is my problem!
