Problem with a Serial Number for Mix Vibes LE

I have a problem with a serial number for MixVibes LE, I have sent an email and I have tried to communicate with you via Facebook but I have no answer after 13 days!

Please someone could give me a solution ???

with out posting the serial # on the fourm give any info that might help to understand what going on ,, other than a typographail error ,, unc or the support staff from the company will have to assist you ,, not shure what going on ,,

I bought a Power Dynamics controller PDC-10.
The software for this controller is MixVibes LE.

I installed the software using the CD that I found on the package
but I have problem to use the license key for the software , because I can't see what is on the card that you have provide for this thing!!!!

yes clearly illeligible ,,, have you tried contacking the vendor that sells the controller,, i know you dont want to hear this ,, the software is bundled with the hardware ,, mixvibes doesnt keep tabs on thoes llicence keys,since they are sold to the hardware vendor outright,,i am thinking the best option is either contack the vendoe with sales slips and thease pictures to get a new licence key ,, option2 would be to purches the Cross DJ software and use with the controller,,and not shure what mapping is avaible for that controller have seen this issue earlier ie ion discover DJ,and this was the standard reply/recourse ,

I'm in contact with the vendor they told me to contact mixvibes because they don't have licence keys back up or any access in licence keys database ...

I have also tried to play with the free version of mixvibes , because I use it before I bought the controller and I was really satisfied with it.
But the controller didn't respond.

I believe that it is easy for you to provide me a standing licence key ...

To make a new purchase for the same software isn't a serious solution ....

i agree that the purches option is not realistic,,but not getting a full product from a vendor is also unrealistic,,,what are your options for returning a defective product ,since in essence this is what it is ,,,
do not take any of my statements as policy of mixvibes ,, purched my software and have been a user member of the fourm,since 2008 ,,
