Unable to access control panel

Hi, new to the forum today,

Trying to update the software for my girlfriend, currently using discover DJ 1.3.2.

The website seems to be running fine, however i receive this error, when trying to access the 'User control panel'. to enter the serial number:

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Got error 28 from storage engine [1030]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.



I emailed the admin earlier today, however heard nothing back as of yet, was hoping there could be some quicker suggestions if i posted here.

I believe there is no update for the 1.3.2.Cross version that was supplied with the Discover DJ

The only way to go is to upgrade to CrossDJ.

The MixVibes offices will be shut now for the weekend. You could try to PM "UncleVibes" he can look into your forum permission and maybe look into the error messages that you are getting from the forum. Please include a link to this thread

Other than that you will have to wait till Monday I'm afraid.

same roblem here... need to update my crosssoftware (just bought the pack) .... but for getting Cross software, need to put in my licence key into control panel.... by clicking on control panel => §ü error 28....

ya same I need my key for my 2ed PC running a test on Linux mint
it installed (with Ubuntu it did not even do that so I have high hopes

The system has been repaired, you should now be able to access your user control panel.
