File Read Error

Guys,
i have a frequent "File Read Error / Cannot read the track's data" error coming out often but randomly.
I have checked the tracks are good and playable on iTunes + iTunes on iPad.
I have deleted the tracks, sync again etc... but cannot fix the problem...

Using CrossDJ for iPad, on iPad Gen3.

can you supply the file if asked dont use the app myself ,but it seems like a possible responce

it seems not to be the files. all files are playing very well with any other softwares.

so anyone has same problem or can help me on this?
is there any files compatibility issues with ID tags or something that could cause the problem?
