Cross DJ updates (Accomplished)

Hi I'm Robiona
I have been running Cross DJ 1.7.1 with Hercules Mk4 console
I would like to upgrade and have only been able to find Cross DJ Free2.4.0. This does not work with the Hercules. The sound will pass through it but non of the controls operate (the name hercules does light up). I have installed the latest drivers and the firmware that was recommended but no improvement.
This applies to 2 different computers
Will I have to buy the upgrade needed or is there a way around the promblem. Thank you

The link that you gave was for 2.3.0 and when I opened that it gave me the link for 2.4.0 which is working perfectly so far.

Hi Daniel, I have this problem where I was prompted that there is a New update to Cross DJ 2.4.0 but I cannot seem to find this update.

Could you kindly guide me on this.

First you need to enter your serial for CrossDJ in your Profile

ucp.php?i=169

When this is done, it should allow you to download the latest version of CrossDJ which you know is 2.4.0

I cannot really find the serial number at the Controller.

The only serial number that I can see is M120700295A.

I have tried keying in this number but they say that the serial number is more longer than this.

Do advise.

Chris, what controller are you talking about?

The U-Mix Control Pro 2 perhaps? If so the serial number for the software is normally found on the CD sleeve.

Yes, I finally got the serial number which is on the CD itself and I manage to download the updates as per link given by you.

One more last thing, so after I have install this Cross 2.4.0, I can actually deleted off my old Cross 2.0.1 am I right.
