software problem

first post hope you can help
i have a U-Mix Control Pro 2 controller with Cross DJ software,
i need to reload the software on a new laptop but have lost my disc.
i have tryed loading the software from the forum but when i enter the number from my profile to register it dosnt work.
pls help

well you have regerstered and hopefully you have entered the licence key correctly if that is the case then pm supportvibes or uncle vibes or activatemixvibes , to validate the software licence key ,, some have had issues

have you gotten too the download section and have downloaded the proper software/latest version

Thanks David, I have downloaded latest copy from the download centre and 2to3 previous copy's and key didn't validate. Will try pm support vibes to validate my key, maybe I wrote it down wrong

I have copy paste the key I've written it down ive got my brainy wife to do it with no luck, I recon ive just written the key down in the profile incorrectly.

hi where do you download a copy of cross- I'm trying to install a copy onto a netbook that doesn't have a cd player. I already have the license key. unfortunalty i can only find the free version in dowloads which doesn't appear to ask for a license key

in the download section the should be the latest version of Cross DJ for download , as for licence key by placing it in your profile and having a Cross DJ badge in your heading you can get the licence key from your profile ,hope this helps
