Mixvibes Vfx "General Error"

Hello,
I recently bought the Mixvibes Vfx controller and had the software disc with it. It worked pretty fine and ok on my old computer that also was Windows 7 Home premium. But now i upgraded to a new computer and tryed to reinstall the software for 5 times now already and it keeps telling me "General error" on startup and can't seem to find a way to fix it. Did anyone else had this error already to?
Or does anyone know a way to fix this?

not shure about the error ,,but having info as to the spec of the new computer might give some light to the problem

Its the same Windows version as before, the same ,Key to.
the specs are:
intel Core i7
MSI Nvidea 620GT
and 2X2GB ram DDR3

Does that help any further?

Not at all.

Try to install, launch with admin rights.
