Taken from Djworx.com: http://djworx.com/mixvibes-cross-2-4-4- ... s-at-last/
Now if they can just do something about the yellow and red waveforms and go full colour then MIxVibes Cross will win a lot more friends.

I personally think coloured waveforms are a tad ugly but each to their own I guess.

I hope there will be a option to keep the "Standard" Colour Waveforms ;)

Having color waveforms can be a very useful tool if implemented according to frequency: Red for bass, green for mids, blue for high frequencies etc.... It's really not just to look pretty (although I actually do like the look) I became very used to it in Serato & it helped me a lot to judge the overall sound of my ripped vinyl. Especially when mixing a track that a bit too mid range heavy with a track with strong bass. One waveform would be predominantly red & the other mainly green/blue. I could instantly see & adjust the eq accordingly (the color changes as you adjust the eq knobs). Very useful.

That's only "if" we get colored waveforms. I've grown used to the standard color of MV, but I sure do miss the color wav's. This would only be a positive addition to the software.

colord waveforms can also have one coler with diffrent alpha channels for bass mids and high frequecy spectrums

but 3 diffrent colors ar mutch easer to "read"

I've been using Cross for about half a year now and I love it. The only thing left to make it perfect would be colored waveforms.
