U-Mix Sound Card Problem(solved)

Hello,
I have a problem with my U-Mix Controll Pro 2 and/or CrossDJ
When I try to load a track (in CrossDJ), I get an error message telling me to check my audio settings. I think I did everything correct, and yes, the master level is turned up. Here is a screenshot:

(Sorry that it is in german, I hope it still helps a bit.)

The strange thing is, that windows mediaplayer and basic windows sounds work with the soundcard, and I never had this error before.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

As we can see in your screenshot Windows is already using the U-Mix Control Pro , this cannot work.
You must set the onboard-soundcard (Realtek) to be used in windows.

Die U-Mix Control Pro wird schon von Windows benützt, wie man in deinem Screenshot sehen kann. Es kann immer nur ein Programm auf eine Soundkarte zugreifen, also entweder der Asio-Treiber oder Windows. Deshalb deine PC-Lautsprecher als Standardgerät für Windows auswählen. Die U-Mix Control Pro darf in windows nicht als Wiedergabe/Aufnahme-gerät gewählt sein wenn du sie mit dem Asio-Treiber, sprich für Cross oder Ableton etc verwenden willst.

I set it to standard in the Windows Control Panel, hope this is correct.

But it is still not working. When selecting the U-Mix in Cross DJ it now says that it failed to load the ASIO Driver.

No, you must not use the U-Mix Control Pro for windows.

better, and what does it say for "Aufnahme-geräte"?

if it still wont work, you will have to do a firmware-update on the U-Mix Control Pro.
The update is found in the download-section with detailed description.

I allready downloaded the Control Panel 1.0.5
This is the only thing I tought is usefull to install
But it doesn´t solve the problem.

As I said, Cross DJ tells me to check my audio settings.
It sometimes says, that it can´t load the Asio- Driver.

TRY DUAL STERO /AUDIO ROUTING MODE ,if you are using the internal mixer ,and not t c signals and a external mixer

Allright, I solved my Problem.

I bought a new Usb connection cable because the one that came with the Controller was too short.

Now I use the provided one again, and it works fine.

Anyway, thank you for everything =)
