Hi I've been using Stanton Final Scratch for months and find VDJ quite unstable.
After trialling CrossFree from the Macstore, I think its superb and mixing on it is a dream.
My dilemma comes from the fact that I mainly mix with Timecodes (Serato) and the Demo version doesnt support it.
I have just bought some Mixvibes timecodes (Which currently work with VDJ) but I would like to make the switch to mixvibes.
What is the cheapest version of mixvibes I can purchase for mac that allows me to use my existing soundcard and new mixvibes control vinyls?
Many thanks Dean

what sound card are you using and what is the computer o s and spec you are running ,, with what you have giveen as info the best for you will be Cross ,,software only ,,being that you have a set up already ,,, if your sc is not adaptable to Cross then the Cross Pack,,Cross is for t c and hid control as well as MIDI,, Cross DJ just supports MIDI only ,,check out the product page for futher info ,,, and welcome to mixvibes and Cross

That spec is old...
Im rocking a Macbook pro 13" 8 GB Ram Intel I5 Dual Core 2.4ghz Firewire External Scratchamp Mixvibes timecodes.
A friend uses a reall old version of Cross (1.5) on his mac with timecodes and has no issues using the scratchamp.
I dont want to use an old version and would like to know which version of mixvibes to buy so that I can use my timecoded vinyl to control the decks.

you can purches Cross software only via the web ,,unable to download a link(job computer),,can pay by paypal and have download in 24 hrs,, other than finding a retailer in your area ,,(where to buy) ,,, download via web might be quicker,, remember that Cross is for t c and Cross DJ is for MIDI only dont forget to update your profile with the new system specc, and e mail adress , and also regerster the licence key in the serial # part of your profile when you get the software
