Cross not recognizing turntables?

My eagerly awaited Cross Pack arrived today but I've been unable to get it working.
I'm running an external 3 channel mixer + two stanton T62s - connected & set up the exact way it specifies in the user manual & online guides, but it seems that my turntables aren't being recognized. For example, when I have the software open and try to calibrate the tables I just get a message saying "No input signal - please check the deck is connected and playing then try again"

Cross recognizes the u46 like it should but when it comes to the turntables it doesn't seem to know there are any connected. Could it be a problem with my mixer? I hope not as I just bought this thing ^^

not sure what to do about this, any advice for me?

something is not clear,, your sc outputs go to your mixer correct ,, post some screen shots of your audio routing ,, i think the turntables get plugged in to the input of the sc ,routed via usb to the software for t c control ,, the out puts goese to the mixer give a little bit more info

Audio-cables:

software picks up u46 like it should, just seems that the u46 doesn't recognize the turntables are there.

amd x2 250 3.0 ghz, nothing special, get a new rig next month but until then...

Ok. So in the software you can see U46-asio as the sound device?

If so go to esi-audio.de and look for the latest u46dj driver there, uninstall the old driver and install the new one, also give the registry a good cleaning,

aye thats the sound driver Cross is using, i'll see if i can find the drivers and replace them in that case, hopefully it works as i can't see what else would be stopping the u46 from seeing the tables

Tried using drivers from that site and it doesn't seem to have an effect. The only change is that when I press calibrate it doesn't show an error message, the calibrate button just changes to "calibrating..." and nothing happens.

can you post a screenshot of the audio-settings and calibrating-page in Cross?
