Can't update to Cross 2.3 please help (sorted)

can not update to Cross 2.3, I have Cross 2.0 just want to update, but can't find or do it on the website, can someone please help? Thanks.

Once this done you should be able to download the latest version of Cross

Thank you for replying so quickly followed the links you gave and enterned the serial number this gave me the download link, which did not come up before, so thank you, but then this window came up after i clicked the download button, can you help with this? thank you

already done ,,sent p m or was able to update to ver 2.3
not saying this is the solution but the message said user name too long ,, have you tried by dropping the @ e mail adress ,in your user name ,, changing it in your profile

Thanks for the quick reply daniel,thats a good point. just tried to edit my username, but it just gives you the option to change the password? can you help with this? and yeah did private message, no reply yet. sorry to be pain. Thanks

I haven't seen any PM from you. Maybe it's also a technical problem as for download. So send me a message to djcommunity@mixvibes.com I can sort out the situation quickly. Which shorter user name do you want? Let some choices in case the name is already in use.
