Cross pitch problems

im ussing Cross 2.3.1 with a U-Mix 44 i have a behringer djx 750 and two ndx 400

my problem is that when i have a track paused or first load a track the pitch jumps down too -100% it only does this when im using the controll cds

can anyone help please this is driving me insane

What's the problem? that's quite a normal behavior ...
