Trying to install free Cross update...please help!!

Im trying to install my update for Cross 2.0 and when going to the "free update" section for already registered users Im not able to get past the part for the credit card input section.Anyone know any suggestions for this so I may be able to install the free update?!

need to know what version of Cross you have ,,there is no software badge in your posting,,
software up date that are avaible for the software are one of the priviliges of regerstering your licence key on the fourm in your profile under serial #

You need to register the software Seriel # in your profile in the forum.
Any version of Cross or CROSSDJ will grant you access to the Technical SUpport and the Download section.

After you registered your serial, you can download the latest update!

To register the Serial, go to User Control Panel -> Profile, and in the form, find the Serial Number section, and just imput the serail in the correct form, then scroll to the bottom, and Click "Submit".
Log out, log back in, and boom, you got the permissions.

There IS NO other way to update Cross.

You have no Cross software icon under your User name, so your serial is not registered.
