pitch bend is not working!!!!

somebody can please tell me why when i try to change the speed of a song using the arrows of the pitch bend it doesn't work??? what can i do?

on the back of your CD sleeve there is a serial number like this:

XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

and now i've been try so hard to fix that, tha i changed a lot of stuff need to know how to reset all the settings too!

Which hardware?
