not saying that there is any recourse here ,because i dont know ,,all the info and recipts from the purches you need to have ready in case there is a avenue thru the fourm support for recourse ,, not saying any info will be avaible this weekend and during this holiday season,,,but if the possibility that help cane be given then be ready

Yeah...I hear you.I did save the receipt. i just wish Mixvibes had a branch in the US or partner with someone here for US customers. It would make our life easier

re read you posting ,,about /description of your issues ,,same same /not the same ,,the issues the first poster had was crossfader moving erraticly ,, not slowly ,,,, have you looked in the software and in the preferences see where the Cross fader selection is at ,,and if you change that setting does it alter the responce of the Cross fader also lookin in MIDI mapping and if you can post a screen shot for the mapping of the Cross fader ,please do so as to check out if there is a problem there also switch the MIDI maopping to one of the alternate mappings for the control pro 1 and see how it reacts same ,same
