Hi can anyone help pls. When i am using Cross DJ connected to U-Mix Control Pro the Cross fader on the screen keeps jumping about and moving to the centre even though the crossfader on mixvibes is not being touched?

What is the solution to this problem?
I am having the same issue with my controller. I am using U-Mix Control Pro with Cross DJ 2.2. The software works fine if I don't connect my controller.

If your hardware is broken please contact the vendor to see how to get it repaired.

I messaged them here and no reply from them. I am in the US and there are no local retailers who deal with mixvibes products. Its been 6 months since I got the control pro and I don't know if it is still under warranty.
Any ideas on the best way to contact the vendor?

I bought it online on this website. I saw the shops link you sent when i was buying and I called the NJ store but they didn't have any in stock.
So, the problem is that when I start the controller and the software and move the crossfader to the right channel using the controller, the crossfader on the screen slowly starts moving to the left. I tried using CrossDJ 1.7 and 2.0 and 2.2. I have also tried it on Mac and win 7 but no use. The software works fine if I don't turn on the controller.
