problems with software 2.0

I am having huge problems with your software. I have recently downloaded the new software Cross 2.0. The problem is that it is not pulling in my iTunes at all and that is how I normally create playlists in iTunes that pull into Cross. I have spent a lot of money on this including U-Mix Control Pro MIDI mixer. I need this to work.
If I could phone you I would but I need a number. I am happy to pay for the call. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and always the same problem.

I would be much happier with V 1.7.0 as it works on my machine at least. Is there anyway that I can get 1.7.0 back?

I am playing a party on NYE and and need to get cracking on a mix and I need to know that this is going to work on the night.

Regerster your software licence key on the fourm ,,,,user control panel/profile ,,,, then you have ability to up date your software to the latest version,,, after that the other issues will be resolved ,,check the fourm rules header for instructions
