i just purchased Cross DJ 2.0 but it has not dowloaded, can some one please help!? i need it for a gig tonight

when i purchased it i got a screen saying that my download has been delayed and i got an order number but thats it

not shure how we may help you at this time ,,the support staff is off /after hours french time ,, do you have any contack info given with your order that might be what you need to persue,,, if you ordered it online the instructions mention a time frame between the time you order and the confermation/licences key is sent by e mail,,,best i can hope for is that when you get the e mail that you regerster it on the fourm to get this resolved

Have you received a confirmation email about your purchase.

If so, check to see if there is a serial number included with it.

did you pay via Paypal? I did the same and have the same message,

"order received and is
being verified by our team. Your order will most likely be processed within
the next 4 hours, but in no case will it take more than 24 hours."
