Program delay

First of all - my PC -
Intel Celeron 560 @ 2,13 GHz
4 GB RAM (3 usable)
Windows 7 32 bit
1 gb integrated graphic

Second of all - After reinstal Windows and MixVibes software I still have a problem. When I'm starting using vinyls with timecodes, program starts to have some delay, especially when I try to search in music database.

Is there something that can be done?

a little bit more info for thoes that have knowedge of the software ,,a config report might give a little bit better insight
