Mixvibes U-Mix Pack Missing Timecoded CDs.

hi, i bought 2pcs MixVibes DVS Ultimate from turntablelab.com around jan.2011, i open the 1st box that month and it works fine, then i open the 2nd sealed box 1st week of september 2012 to setup on my new laptop, i found out that the timecoded cd on the 2nd box is missing or not included in my package.
i check the box carefully but it's not there.
is there any way to have the original timecoded cd for my MixVibes DVS pack?

quick and fast would be to purches new ones from the dowload shop,,

other than finding a local retailer to supply you with them ,,
i understand that this will not be the solution you are looking for,,.have no other solutions to offer than to go back to the retailor and get better recourse

thanks for the fast reply,
i'm from manila philippines, my mother in law brought that for me from turntablelab, & turntablelab dont carry mixvibes anymore.
i paid the full price so i need a complete package.
i already sold the other one U-Mix pack a month ago,
so i need the timecoded cd to use it. i already upgraded last week to Cross 2.01., mixvibes is hard to find in asia even in the US.
i'm looking for it in any online shop in the us & in asia since 2003
but i couldnt find it anywhere except from eu that time.

have you tried to get turntable labs to contack mixvibes,,, no easy solution but for you to get new ones,, ,, maybe in the am ,in france someone with proper knowledge will aid you ,,sorry for your misfoutune
