DVS Ultimate bug on Windows 7 64bit

One of our costumers called saying he sold a DVS Ultimate to a user with Win7 64bit and he's got a strange bug. After an apparently normal install process, he opens the application and after a couple of seconds from the opening, the screen goes white and a Windows message appears saying the program stopped working properly (or something similar). He downloaded and tried the DVS demo as well but got the same result. Could you please confirm if this is some sort of incompatibility with Win 7 64bit?

Hey,

For me it is working on win 7 x64 so there is something else like missing c++ runtime environment or directx and so on.
