count me into the "complaining bout HP"-group. everything was absolutely fine till yesterday, when updated the grafics driver. -> "your grafic-card is not supported by this driver version". well, no problem, roll back to previous driver. bluescreen after 5 minutes of browsing.... bluescreen on start-up. FUUUU HP! wiped the os-disk -> installed Win7 again, fresh like a italian virgin. 5 bluescreens in 4 hours! Word censored (guess you find it I love walking on it) is only 4 months old, i´m going crazy. swapped harddrives, swapped out the RAM....i guess either the MB or Graficscard is dying

Thats super whacky j-kut ..Doesnt sound right at all, but if its stable, go with it ...so weird it wont run the 1333 Ram. There is something about the bios of HP's, and the crapware software that i dont think is quite right. We have both Dell and Hp desktop units at my work that i maintain (around 40 HP and 45 Dell units), and i always have more with problems the HP units - to the extent that i just call up the warranty guys to come replace it, rather than me waste half a day sorting out bizzare messes that they seem to do to themselves. One instance of late for me is i have had major issues with HP docking ports; that users plug their laptop into to use external peripherals..they are so crap....I returned 20 of them, and the replacements are no different and still have problems; even after updating and rolling back firmware - like losing text in word documents, and impossible to recover the lost data; or not showing the text in others. Been such a headache. At least the rep confessed to me they where having alot of problems with them, but that doesnt help me! Had problems also with HP branded ram too failing. Before i bought my ASUS, i was seriously looking at getting the beats addition (with the red backlight keyboard), but after seeing all the problems at work with them, i dont think i ever want one. I mean they even 'throttle' their website support department downloads to the extent where it takes you like an hour to download a 100mb file? I find that just so ridiculous. HP just seem to be taking a few to many shortcuts in their products IMO in the last couple of years. I mean Dell are very average PC's too, but if i had to choose, i would choose one over a HP sadly these days. I will get off my soap box now!!! sorry if i vented The main thing is I just hope you guys get it all sorted out so u can play without problems!
