your software is a le version bundled with a controller,,mixvibes sells the licence keys to the hardware supplier,,all the information that you have needs to be sent to them as they have purched the software and are responcible for the licences keys that go with the software /hardware bundle..
mixvibes has no action to take because the software is the responcibility of the hardware manufacture.
please adress you concerns with said hard manufacture to remedie your concerns
you do have options ,,if was purched from a local retailer ,,take back due to not being a full product,,and make shure it has the licences key in the new unit/package
if purched on line you might have the same recourse,,
if purched from gemni ,you have that options also or get them to strighten out the licence key situtation,,
i kinda think you dont want to hear this one but the possibilities of getting a ver of mixvibes software from the download shop and using it ,,the plus is that its is updatable and not tied to the hardware controller,,
