Is it possible to scan for bpm before I load the track

Hey,

yes you can. press in the media browser the right mouse key on the file you want to analyse and select analyse Track (BPM...)

After a few seconds it should be analysed and the PBM and so on should be appear.

You can also scan multiple tracks by holding 'SHIFT' or 'CTRL' then select the tracks.

Then do as mentioned above.

Just got to sort the mp4 codec issue I'm going to guess that will be a little more difficult to do
