when is it coming out on the product page,,pricing,,also have they changed the properties of the mic input ,so that it doesnt play over the headphone section, and also may be able to have it be able to record the mic in internal mode

Hi,

some more info about the new version of the U-Mix Control Pro.
To start with, the product is a simple update to match with our new flagship software, CrossDJ 2.0:

_ re-mapping of the locator buttons : SELECT - 1-2-3
becomes 1-2-3-4 for access to 4 locators/loop locators/ samples per deck
--> The former 'mode' button becomes the 'select' to switch between Locators and sampler

_ Pitch mode an pitch range are moved under the pitch fader as shift functions of bend- and bend+

_ Shift function of FX select : Channel select

_ Slight comestic details

There is not much UMCP1 owners won't get access to, except 3 loc/samplers instead of 4.

WOULD IT BE A MATTER OF USING THE V2 U M C P 2 MAPPING in order to get the same functions as the u m c p 2

The U-Mix Control Pro 'SELECT' button is hardware driven, not software, which makes it impossible to remap it.

But you can still use the U-Mix Control Pro (v1) with Cross 2.0 and get the FX channel, and switch between locators and sampler (1-2-3), or even remap and have 6 locators or 6 samples.

thanks,,,that info is helpful,,another hardware issue is the mic out put is heard thru the cuesection,, can that be change or its limited to hardware config
