Lost installation cd

Hello guys,
i know this question has been asked on this forum before but for i didnt really get much help from the forum.

my delema is that i have uninstalled my mixvibes from my machine in order to try and get hercules DJ control mp3 e2 working with my mixvibes DVS Ultimate (which is a nightmare on its own) now i cant find my disc to reinstall but i have the plastic sleeve that it came with,

i read somewhere on this site that you can download the software from the download section but all i could find was the updates so i thought well maybe that will work so i downloaded the 7.218 update installed it and when i run it its telling me that the serial number is incorrect (Well obviously as it never even asked me to enter one) so im wondering if there is any possible way to get the full install from the site or what are my options??

not 100% shure ,but you might want to send a pm to one of the following,djejun,support@mixvibes,unclevibes, they should be able to answer and point you in the right direction, like you said the updates are only added to the original install and you will need the core program.(the cd. ) one good thing is that you have registered your software on the forum and the key is in your profile,,
remember that its the week end and they go to work in the French time zone.
just curious why un install to try to use the controller
dont get rid or lose the CD sleeve

check the cd sleeve licenses key to the licenses key stored in your profile,,also double check that you have entered it correctly

also having latency promblems with the sound when scratching anyone else having this problem??
