U-Mix Control Pro....broken?

hello there.. I am really sad right now

When i mix something in Cross with my U-Mix Control Pro and i gonna go over to the other song with my pitch slide its give delay... Maybe my pitch slide is broken? i dont know its like lagging over to the other song.. and what i gonna do about it becouse the pitch slide is 1 of the importest things i need to use for my mixes
