No Daniel, NI and Pioneer are two absolutely different companies. Pioneers "upper class" controllers are sold with Traktor or Serato. It is like Numark bundled hardware packages including Cross: both different companies, too. Don't mind! There are a lot of collaborations to have a clear view on everything.

i think you are at a impass ,look under spec and limitation of the Cross free version, i think that was setup for iPad remote application,.look in the software and see if its MIDI configirable, are there MIDI mappings installed, then it would be for you to get the mappings for Pioneer DJ ergo, this is a new mapping in conjuction with Pioneer for there hardware,., in order to get mappings for software from the fourm you must regerster your software ,since Cross free is unregerstable ,this put you at a impass not saying my reply is 100% will have to look into this issue to get the proper info, welcome to mixvibes and Cross, any info regerading this situtation will help in resolving when shop opens up after the weekend(freanch time)

@Bosniak The Pioneer DDJ ERGO-V has native support with Cross or CrossDJ 1.7.1 (the latest versions) It will not work will the free version of CrossDJ as this version doesn't support MIDI. You could download the demo's of Cross or CrossDJ, but I don't know whether the demo versions are 1.7.1 but you could try. Take your pick CrossDJ Demo http://www.mixvibes.com/content/cross-dj-demoCross Demo http://www.mixvibes.com/content/cross-demo
