Postby Faizel M on 08 Jan 2012, 14:15

Hi Guys/Gals

Need some help here.

I purchased a new laptop and want to back up and my playlist form old lap top.

1. Can I back up and import my playlist to the new laptop and
2. Where is the Cross playlist file situated on the old laptop?

Please advise

playlists etc. User/you/music/Mixvibes

but whats more important is the peak-files-folder (analysis) which is stored at Appdata/local roaming/mixvibes.

The files mentioned above maybe hidden.

You will have to allow these files to be shown.

Thanx Guys.

I'm now sitting with a differnt problem?

Why must I re-enter my serial key everytime I start Cross 1.7.

How can I avoid this? Its really becoming irritating.

You cleared the HDD, didnt you?
The license key is stored in a secret folder (invibes i think), so if you newly install your PC you have to enter the serial again.

You must enter it every bloody time?

Try running Cross as Admin, seems the serial is written where its supposed to be.
Never heard of that before...
