yep i will send this product, i was checking in the forum the whole problems that you have with software, damm,to much, i was reading others forums and i am afrraid with this, i preffer to buy other sound card, with one softwate that i know,this is one not good experience. and check one more thing, my first post was 14 nov, i think, from that time nobody can give me any help,you think it is normal?... this is a technical supporting and the service is awful, is the best that i can do,back your product cause i need something good,like traktor or virtual, maybe is more expensive, but is good. cheers.

instead of complaining, should help and assist not only regret, that does not help anyone.... but thank you for all your help. thank you.

You never answered any question completely. -what´s your pc-specs? -have you run it as admin? -have you done a proper de-install before any re-installation? the only thing you did, was complain that´s its so much easier with vdj and tractor....you really think anyone will help you that way? give proper answer and you will be helped, but so far this thread has been nothing but a flame.

look the thing is easy, i wrote my second post, and explain the problem,and in the title of the post say the same, and you can check, but i can put again here, cause i think you are not reading the whole post. Re: i cant scan my hd Postby bosko1 on 15 Nov 2011, 22:50 hello i am register my number serial is: *****-*****-*****-*****-***** and i have U-Mix 44. so the thing is: i open the program with any sound card and i just to want to scan and it is open one windows say, scan drive or directory, the thing is i put all drives, and when i put ok, open one window and this windows say: scan, but it be static, nothing scanding and spend lot of time, so i need to use task bar for close. maybe i need to install again or waht i do?. thank you. less complain, more solution, and my atittude is like any person who feel ignored for suport.

hello dr.sr. i understand about the forum, but why have one link about support? all product need to be supporting for professionals,i buy something when i think i will have support about this product, i trust when i buy something that i can be with professionals,if i dont have this support for sure nobody buy nothing, forum is different to support, i am complaint with support techcians,anyway i will try to find by my self solution or change this product. thank you for your comment.

ok one more time. toshia satelite windwos 7, 2 gb memory,intel cpu t2130 1,86 ghz-1,87 ghz, 32 bit. i open laptop like normal, just switch on and that all. I installed and uninstalled. 2nd time can scand but it is to slow. hope is enought. cheers
