i cant scan my hd

hello dear people.
when i try to scan the music in any folder that i have music, spend long time and after some message from windows 7 say:
windows stop to work close the program you are using.
i cant scan nothing, it is the problem with windows or software?
thank you for helping me.
i use toshiba satellite windows 7.

Hey,

First off all please register your software then we can help you. It allows us also to see which versions like Cross, DVS or some other of MixVibes. and then give us some details what version do you use and so on.

hello i am register my number serial is:
*****-*****-*****-*****-***** and i have U-Mix 44.
so the thing is:
i open the program with any sound card and i just to want to scan and it is open one windows say, scan drive or directory, the thing is i put all drives, and when i put ok, open one window and this windows say: scan, but it be static, nothing scanding and spend lot of time, so i need to use task bar for close.
maybe i need to install again or waht i do?.

Ok you are now registered. So please give us some details about which version of MixVibes (7.4 or some differ version). please also some details about your music files. What typ like mp3 m4a and so on. And also from where? Are they drm protected?

to much complications, anyway, version 7.3 mixvides DVS Ultimate, U-Mix 44.
i unistalled and installed again, now can scan, but it is soooooo slow, i cant play anything,i have normal tracks, mp3, wva, mp4 but, i think is good idea if we can check some tutorial by youtube, cause this software is little bit different i was working with vdj, it is so easy, or tracktor, i didnt have any problem, but with this, i cant do nothing.
i hope this details can help to work better this software.

well i think if this doesnt work i need to return this product, this is a bad experience, with this software and any solution about supporting,i hope someone can help me, or this week i will send back this material.

return the package next Monday 28th nov, 2011, since I have not had any technical support, has only been one bad experience, I want my money back.
