In November 2011, Pioneer will introduce a renewal to make its customer registration service for rekordbox users available to all customers. With the renewal, we will send to customers registered with Pioneer DJ the same e-mails as those we are sending to everyone*1. Furthermore, questionnaire surveys will be carried out on a large number of customers in order to improve product quality and enhance services.
With the customer registration service renewal, the URL of pages to view, edit or delete account information, as well as the page to view your recordbox license key will change as follows. Customers using bookmarks to these pages will have to change the URL.
*1: Customers who accepted to receive notices from Pioneer DJ website when they registered. Customers who did not accept and who wish to receive these notices from now may edit their customer information the URL above.
