lost serial for Cross le

hi, i have recently bought a new laptop. I went to install my equipment but stupidly seem to have lost the sleeve to my software/driver disk meaning i cant use the software..
is there anyway i can get sent a new serial number? because the equipment is pretty useless without it

so is my equipment useless now? unless i buy more software? i can provide seial numbers / photos of my vci-100 and u46 mk2 to prove i have them if needed..

You should have read the FAQ from j-kut's link and after you have purchased the software and hardware you should have registered your serial(s) in your profile. Because you did not it is not possible to recover anything, even the hardware is no proof of purchase.

i have the serials to my vci-100 and u46 mk 2 though, is that not proof i have them?
sorry this is the first time i been on this site
the serial registration bit just says software, shall i enter the serials of my hardware?

also, im pretty sure i could find proof of purchase from hard to find records where i bought the equipment from as im sure they keep a record of the account..

what if i provide a photo of the vci-100, u46 mk2 the Cross le/u46 mk2 drivers disk and the u46 mk2 box with a piece of paper with todays date, my username and anything else you want written on it for proof??
