I just bought a Vfx controller package form amazon.com in the US. but is missing the registration card. I only have the intallation cd with the code, but when trying to intall it, is asking for the serail #. Please tell me how to find it and if you can provide me with one. I have the receipt and serial # from the back of the unit. Thanks.

This is very frustrating, I got a second unit from amazon.com with overnight shipping and the same thing. It does not have the registration card only the license key on the installation cd. Can some body tell me what to do or where to call. I have two units at home now and can't use any of them, because of the dam serial number. I am in the USA and there is not phone number where to call. I just wonder if this is how this company works? I am to have to return both units and forget Vfx. I am really frustrated. I also email support and no answer..please help!!!!

@DJ Chevin: Did you read my posting? The numbers on the back of your installation cd sleeve is your serial! It is also written down there: Serial number XXXXX-XXXX-.... and so on

I agree with steve you have the needed serial. If you need an. Activation code go to activate.mixvibes.com or use software auto activation. No special problems on activation except some mails adress rejected. If that happens take or create a new adress and retry.

I have the license key #, the one on the cd sleve. But when entering it it gives me a invalid serial # error. It is asking for a serial number. I am reading the manual and is pretty much self explanatory, is the code that is not working. So my question is besides the license key, do we need another number to activate the software. As far as I know only the number on the cd sleve is needed..please explain anyone...is confusing..thanks.

At this moment I am doing the activation request online, but it is asking for the activation request #, how can I get that #...thanks anyone. Can mixvibes tech sent me one? here is my email djchevin65@yahoo.com..will be appreciated.
