Installation

Hey I just bought the Mixvibes DVS Ultimate package and I am having some problems setting it up.It installed OK but when I tried to configure it.on step 4 of the install wizard it could not locate mu U-MIX- 44 for inputs and output set up.I have Protools installed and I don't know if that's the reason it won't allow me to select another device,but in the window it reads(Not Connected)If someone can walk me through this process I would greatly apprecieate it. I'm kind of frustrated at this point.

welcome to mixvibes , dont have any clear info on DVS setup.,but will remind you to regerster your software to recieve the full benifit of the software. welcome again

Please do a complete Reinstallation of your audio interface including cleaning the registry with tools like CCleaner and install the driver afterwards to a completely different location i.e. was it formerly installed to C:\program files\Mixvibes\ install it to C:\program files\Audio\Mixvibes

I tried re-installing Mixvibes DVS but still no success.for some reason it keeps on saying that it cannot calibrate and no signal found with the inputs and outputs of the soundcard.Iv'e tried everthing.If someone out there can call me and walk me through this process it would greatly appreciated.My name is B.J. and I live in Atlanta ,Ga it is now 7:12 pm EST.Feel free to call me at 770-675-6022.I'll be up for about two hours then it off to sleep .I get up early so if you can't reach me today Hit me up tomorrow after 3 pm EST.

Hey,

could you then post for example: CPU (iCore 5 or 7, C2D), the size of the memory (e.g. 4GB RAM).

And to your config report. When you have installed DVS on the system and opened it you can creat via Options -> create Config-Report. After that a editor should open with some informations. These information please copy and post here at the forum.

There is something wrong with your audio interface. It is recognized, but not installed correctly

Hey,

Please unplug the soundcard and unisntall the driver. After that install this driver: [PC] [WIN XP, VISTA, SEVEN] U-MIX44 1.0.4

After installing plug the device into an free USB-port.
