i need help with Cross 1.6!!!!!!!!!!

i just bought Cross 1.6 software for mac by share it,but today when i download the full version then try to open the software the problem is come!i cannot open the Cross 1.6 every time i open it will quit in 2 second,i just spend more than 100 dollar to bought this software but i cannot open it,feel so bad!
and i am using mac os lion 10.7 now,and i can use my Cross DJ 1.6 on my Mac and is work really good,i only can't use Cross!!

i think i can open now,i download a Cross 1.5.2 then open it,and open Cross 1.6 i can open but i can't use scratch any more,even i click on vinyl bottom on my U-Mix controller!i can't even use scratch on my Cross DJ now as well?wht????

have you down loaded the update for the firmware of your U-Mix Control Pro, look for it in the download section

NOW IS WORK,and could you tell me,i used use Cross DJ with U-Mix controller,and testerday just bought Cross,how to transfer the collection of Cross DJ to Cross?

and in the audio mode what's the different between simple stereo and duel stereo ?i think they both work when i click on

why when i using build in output i can set 88200Hz but when i using U-Mix controller as out put i can only set 44100Hz and 48000Hz?
and buffer size higher is good or lower is good?

Hello,

For Cross, to load your media all you have to do is follow the same procedure as in Cross DJ, you select your media and drag and drop it in your collection.

If you have questions for the audio mode in Cross, please go here:

Go to page 32, a lot of the audio functions are explained there.

You are in external mixer and you need to select Dual Stereo.

U-Mix Control Pro audio device support only 44.1Khz or 48Khz. It can't go further in frequency

and buffer size higher is good or lower is good?

The lowest is the latency the better you feel... But if you go too low then your computer may loose synchrony with the audio device. You may hear then bad sounds with clicks or no sound at all.
Under PC (I don't know too much about mac), the audio device works better with 48khz frequency. Maybe it's true also for Mac users.
