Cross fader not working.

Good day...
The Cross fader on U-Mix Control iPad is not working. Everything is working perfectly on my CDJ 350, Mixvibe's 1.6 Cross program and my DJM350 mixer. U-Mix Remote works perfectly on my i pad, controls for the music works fine but the Cross fader doesn't work, do you guys know any steps?

If I play music on 1 side and I switch to the other side, it doesn't kill the music on the opposite side of the Cross fader. I have to do it manually on my DJ deck to use Cross fader. But everything else is working perfectly.

Please give us some advice to solve this, thanks.

Hi,

I assume that you have created the network correctly, that you can use all the function on your iPad. Are you near you laptop or are you far away from your laptop? Do you have interferences with other devices in your home? Give us more details.

I don't think there are any interferences, we use 3 computers at home but laptop we use for the DJ sets which is MacBook Pro. The Cross Fader doesn't work no matter how close we are. We think we connected everything correctly. My Mixvibe Audio Interface and decks work fine. We followed all the instructions step by step, once again, everything works except my Cross Fader and I don't know why. All controls, buttons and features on the application work except Cross Fader. Every single time we put Cross Fader to one side, the music on the other side doesn't stop.

Also, CH-1 and CH-2 Cross Fader doesn't work and the main left to right Cross Fader doesn't work either, but I can move it perfectly fine but it doesn't kill the music.

We first created the network, connected the network to the iPad, then we went into preferences and confirmed the remote connection for the network and confirmed it and we got connected to U-Mix Remote on iPad and it worked fine.

Please give us advice and I'll try provide you guys as much information as we can.

I think you're not in "Dual Stereo" routing mode in Cross.
All mixer controls can't work in "External Mixer" mode.
Remember the U-Mix Remote is a Remote, nothing more ! This means it can only controls the actions you can do on screen or with a MIDI controller !
