iTunes problem

I installed win 7 after Cross and iTunes. I loaded iTunes xml file and Cross peak files and mediabase. Everything is working ok..iTunes datebase is as it was in previous set up,xp, and Cross works ok. But when i try to load a song from iTunes database in Cross i get the message "Media Loading Error Can't Load media:File not found"
Tracks in Cross are loading ok!!
Any idea what went wrong?

I am not iTunes specialist but I remember having read a thread in here with exactly the same error... I think it was because the iTunes installation created a "home" file (standard xml file?) that was choosen and which has to be replaced by yours?!
Just guessing, but maybe it helps you out?!

I deleted all files from iTunes folder and pasted all files from back up. iTunes works correct and the songs too. The problems comes in cross-itunes library.

can you send a copy of your itunes-library.xml and what path are your tracks stored to?

I think that this is the problem, the path i mean, cause in xp you have my documents but in win 7 not. The drive letter for music is the same D:..My iTunes xml is 45mb where may i sent it to you?
Now i have unistalled everything and made a fresh install of Cross 1.5 to 1.5.5 but no iTunes so Cross can not "see" iTunes librasy

uh, 45mb, big library

just upload it on a filehoster (eg. 4shared.com) and send me the link including the detailed path (C:/users/.../.../) of our itunes-music by PM.

I´ll take a look at it, and change it if i find something wrong.

(But keep the original xml!)

You are right, i think, i just opened the xml file and i saw that the path location all of my tracks are in C: but my tracks are in D: so i am updating my iTunes library for now. Thanks a lot 'cause you showed me the way how to solve it, if this will solve it!!!
I'll inform you when it will finish.
