ah, perfect. if it´s just those 2 knobs/buttons you can easyily repair them yourself. Just look for the command in the midi-section (on the right-side you should be able to expand the tree-view when you choose the x1) ,just click on the command, the input-window should poop open, move the knob/button accordingly and confirm. Done

It seems I have to use just one knob to browse as Cross doesnt have two separate browserpossibilities. But I can now browse with my left deck and choose the right knob to load it into deck B(left) Sounds correct?

You can use one browser for the playlists and one for the tracks, or both for the tracks or playlists, as Cross allows multiple input for the same command. So if you have the right browser on the x1 working, and want the left one to do the same you have to click the little "+" next to the command in the midi-section, so it starts a new input. Hope this is clear
