mixvibes HOME edition 7

Postby John Doe on 06 Jun 2011, 22:04

hELLO there, I'm new to the forum after just recently hearing about mixvibes from a friend and have some brand new timecode vinyls for mixvibes. My question is will I be able to use mixvibes home edition 7 with my timecode vinyls, does the home 7 edition support an external hardware mixer? Thanks :)

  yes home supports a external mixer,, :!: in fact it the better way to use home since there are limitation on the monitoring sect :!: as for useing time code vinal with home i am not shure :?: only use the software on the computer with no outboard attachments except the sound doggle :!: that where the cue/monitoring limitations come in

MixVibes Home Edition 7 does not support Timecodes whether it's CD's or vinyl.

John,

You can download Cross (Software only) straight from the main MixVibes site

http://www.shareit.com/product.html?pro ... 53f9f9f5c9

If you have a 4in/4out ASIO capable soundcard, you'll be good to go ;)

  jim b is correct  there is another alternative :?: less affective :!: home 7 has a usb sound doggle that can be used to monitor with, :) :!: i purched home 7 and the software came with a usb sound doggle,(back in 2004),later on upgraded to Cross software (2009) ,purched software only, from the download shop  use the sound doggle with the installed sc on my comp ,tied together with asio4 all   i have a better software to mix with , my rec are over dubed with effects and samples by using home 7 software for the final mix, just my solution till Cross adds a sampler in futher updates, and or i sneak monie aside to get the U-Mix Control Pro     what i am trying to get you see is that you have options
